Kiehl’s continues its retail expansion in Spain
The American brand Kiehl’s, a famous cosmetics retailer and part of giant retailer l‘Oreal, is about to open a new boutique in Malaga, on the Marqués de Larios shopping street. This new store, the second in the Andalusian city, will open its doors next March and will have an extension of around 40 m².
The New York brand Kiehl’s, founded in 1851, entered the Italian market more than 11 years ago and nowadays has more than 40 stores distributed throughout the country, and represent a crown jewel for l‘Oreal.
Even in Spain, Kiehl’s does not seem to want to stop its expansions plans: the brand is already present in the main Spanish cities with 48 stores in total, including 16 flagships.
L’Oreal, for its part, closed 2016 with a net profit of 3,106 million euros. Both l’Oreal and Kiehls use TC Group Solutions‘ retail intelligence solutions to optimize the profitability of their stores.
